Fictional miniseries based on the life of Ayrton Senna da Silva, the Brazilian racing legend who won the Formula One World Drivers’ Championship three times. The writers of this series have said that they had some limitations due to the involvement of Senna’s family in the production.
There are no mountains in England, especially Norfolk, which is famous for its flat landscape. Well, right now it is the best biographical series on the streaming service Netflix with its Brazilian partner taking center stage.
I had a lot of flashbacks watching the iconic races and it took me back in time. I was and still am a Senna fan, and I cried a lot when he died because for many years I did not watch any F1 races.
To make it clear that it is a must watch for F1 fans and Senna fans. It is a reliving of those moments that made him fall in love not only with the driver he was but also with the human being.

John Dutton (Kevin Costner) frequently seems to "forget" his Montanan accent and drifts back into the SoCal speaking voice he normally uses.. Featured in WatchMojo: Top 10 Summer TV Shows Not on Your Radar (2018). I don't believe anyone does western films better than Kevin Costner and with Taylor Sheridan writing it is a win win for viewers. Take a look at "Wind River" for an example of what Taylor Sheridan can do. Where has Cole Hauser been hiding? He’s amazing. I guess the daughter is a necessary part, but she is over the top at being a bitch. The scenery is fantastic and being from Colorado I can really appreciate the vast beautiful land. Do yourself a favor and get hooked on this series as it is going to be a winner.

A modern-day tale of fortune seeking in the world of West Texas oil rigs.. A Landman, at least one who works in the petroleum industry, will act as the middleman between the exploration companies and the landowners.
Typically, a landman’s job is to negotiate and finalize contracts with landowners with mineral rights to lease those rights to the company they represent Essentially, they manage the land and secure the leases, so they can drill oil and gas. Like a foreman on a construction site, they build out roads, living quarters for the workers (man-camp), assemble the excavation machinery and drill the well itself especially in remote locations.
Referenced in CBS News Sunday Morning: Episode #44.24 (2022). Billy Bob Thorton (Tommy Norris) is flat-out terrific in the lead role.
Ali Larter (Angela Norris) as Tommy’s ex-wife and Michelle Randolph (Ainsley Norris), Tommy’s daughter, are insufferable and already I’m hoping really bad things happen to them! The character of Jon Hamm (Monty Miller), who owns the company and is Tommy’s boss, may represent my hopefully-unrealized fears for this burgeoning series.
Succinctly stated, I fear creator/writer Taylor Sheridan may go bumper-sticker mentality and reduce the series to: Big Oil: Bad! If that happens, I’ll change my rating and be gone!
